About me

For over 12 years, I have been involved in the commercial real estate industry. From the beginning of this adventure, I had the opportunity to gain experience in PR, corporate communication, and marketing in leading companies in this sector. I have worked on projects related to office buildings, mixed-use developments, shopping centers, and residential projects.

Echo Investment

I started my journey as a PR specialist at Echo Investment, the largest Polish developer at that time. A seamless transition to the PR side allowed me to accumulate over 7 years of journalistic and editorial experience, gained, among others, at „Gazeta Wyborcza,” the monthly magazine „Charaktery,” and various titles within the Axel Springer group.

Eight years at Echo allowed me to fully understand the world of PR, communication principles, and the entire real estate market, including its rules, environment, and regulations. It was during this time that I expanded my network of contacts, both industry-related and journalistic, preparing me for the next stage of my career.

Globalworth

Since 2019, I have been associated with Globalworth – one the leading office investors in Central and Eastern Europe. In addition to numerous well-known office buildings in its Polish portfolio, Globalworth owns mixed-use developments such as Warsaw’s Hala Koszyki and Wroclaw’s Renoma.

My over four-year adventure at Globalworth began as a PR Manager. Within 1.5 years of tackling challenging tasks, I advanced to the position of Senior PR & Marketing Manager and, another year later, became the Director of Marketing and Communication, responsible for all PR, communication, and marketing activities of Globalworth in Poland.

This was made possible with the help of a 7-person team that I managed to build over the last 2 years. Through collaborative and creative work, we had the opportunity to implement extraordinary branding campaigns, marketing actions, and unconventional PR projects.

Awards and Recognitions in PR and Marketing

Many of these initiatives, such as the „Opening of Polish Gastronomy in Hala Koszyki,” were honored in major industry competitions in Poland and Europe. For this project, I have received two „Golden Paperclips” (Złote Spinacze) awards, named “the PR Oscars”, also the main award at the PRCH Retail Awards 2022 competition. The campaign was nominated at the SABRE Awards in London – the world’s largest PR competition.

Projects and campaigns led by me and my team received top honors, including MIXX Awards – a leading digital marketing competition in Poland. I had the honor of receiving two awards on stage for the joint Globalworth and Erbud project at the Effie Awards gala – the Polish edition of the world’s largest marketing competition.

Unconventional campaigns and marketing projects

Throughout my career, I have implemented many interesting marketing projects, showcasing not only innovative actions but also successful collaboration with external partners, such as the agency Urban Jungle.

Examples include the campaign The Gallery of Peculiar Offices – a unique combination of illustrators’ work with marketing materials, and the project Tenant Manuals – online guides for tenants of office buildings, an excellent example of an unconventional approach to sales materials.

One of the recent projects I had the opportunity to co-create was the A.I. JANE project – the first implementation of artificial intelligence in the real estate industry, utilizing AI to revolutionize daily work.

All these successes were possible thanks to hard work, passion, experience, and the courage to implement unconventional projects.

Corporate and Business Experience

Working for 12 years in the largest companies in the commercial real estate industry, I had the opportunity to fully understand the corporate business environment, lead marketing and branding activities for the most recognizable office buildings, and manage marketing projects for retail/mixed-use, with Hala Koszyki at the forefront. I am also well acquainted with the needs of office and retail tenants, as well as the challenges associated with events.
